Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and productionize machine learning systems and generative AI features for software products. You will collaborate with product, MLE, and infra teams to translate product requirements into scalable ML models, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks. The role requires hands-on modelling, prompt engineering, system integration, and monitoring of model behaviour in production.

What you will do:

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end ML projects: data collection and labeling strategy, model selection and training (transformer-based and classical), evaluating model performance and fairness, deploying models with observability and rollback, and optimizing inference cost and latency. You will also create reproducible training pipelines, write clear technical design documents, and mentor mid/junior engineers.

What we are looking for:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher in CS, EE, AI/ML or related field;
• 4+ years in applied ML/AI roles with significant production experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, model evaluation, and MLOps practices for deployment and monitoring.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
