Senior AI/ML Engineer- NLP/Python

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored for real-world business applications.
• Apply NLP, deep learning, and traditional machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and rigorous evaluation methods.
• Implement AI-driven solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face.
• Handle both structured and unstructured data, performing data wrangling, transformation, and feature extraction.
• Deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable production systems.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions are performant, efficient, and scalable.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends to foster continuous innovation.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI model development.
• Proficient in Python and major ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI GPT models.
• Solid knowledge of NLP techniques including Word2Vec, BERT, transformers, LLMs, and text classification.
• Hands-on experience with computer vision techniques (CNNs, OpenCV, YOLO, custom object detection).
• Practical knowledge of ML model deployment and MLOps practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data tools like GPT, LLaMA, and Kafka.
• Experience developing APIs for AI applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-powered chatbot development and OpenAI API integration.
• Hands-on exposure to large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Falcon for practical applications.
• Experience with generative AI models and technologies.
