Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML Model Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Work with NLP, deep learning, and traditional machine learning algorithms to address complex business problems
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
- Optimize model performance using hyperparameter tuning and evaluation techniques
Technology Implementation:
- Utilize frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, and related libraries
- Work with both structured and unstructured data for tasks including data wrangling, transformation, and feature extraction
Deployment & Integration:
- Deploy models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP using tools like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML
- Integrate AI/ML models into production systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ensure scalability, efficiency, and performance of deployed AI/ML solutions
Innovation & Collaboration:
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to implement robust, innovative AI-driven solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI model development
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenAI GPT models
- Expertise in NLP techniques like Word2Vec, BERT, transformers, LLMs, and text classification
- Hands-on experience in computer vision (e.g., CNNs, OpenCV, YOLO, custom object detection models)
- Solid understanding of ML deployment and MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases and big data tools such as PySpark, Databricks, Hadoop, and Kafka
- Familiar with API development using Django, Flask, or FastAPI for AI model integration
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating OpenAI API and building AI-powered chatbots
- Exposure to LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc. for real-world applications
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models
