Position: Senior AI/ML Engineer
Experience: 3-5Years

Role Summary
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for product workflows. Lead ML architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure models meet production quality standards and business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for various flagship products
- Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for product-specific use cases
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and evaluate LLM outputs for quality and bias
- Build data processing pipelines, feature engineering frameworks, and model training infrastructure
- Conduct model evaluation, validation, and A/B testing to measure performance and business impact
- Optimize models for latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency in production environments
- Establish and maintain ML ops practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining pipelines
- Mentor junior ML engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with data engineers on data quality, feature stores, and data governance
- Stay updated on latest ML/AI research and evaluate relevant techniques for business application
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of ML engineering experience with at least 2 years in production ML systems
- Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and validation techniques
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML frameworks
- Experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG patterns)
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and NLP tasks (classification, ranking, matching)
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (model versioning, CI/CD for ML, monitoring)
- Knowledge of big data tools and distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop, cloud solutions)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience withHR domain/ Vendor management system ML applications
- Published research or contributions to open-source ML projects
- Knowledge of LLM APIs and integration patterns (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search
- Expertise in model explainability and bias detection
