Responsibilities:
AI/ML Solution Development
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using classical ML, deep learning, and Generative AI.
- Build LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and vector DB integrations.
- Implement NLP/OCR pipelines for extracting information from emails, documents, calls, etc.
- Architect scalable AI workflows and automation on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Develop APIs, data pipelines, and CI/CD workflows for ML model deployment.
Research & Innovation
- Evaluate new AI tools and techniques and integrate them into existing systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in Generative AI and LLMs.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Mentor junior team members and support pilots, demos, and documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into AI automations.
