About the Role

Infolabs Global is seeking a hands-on Senior AI/ML Developer specializing in Voice AI and Conversational Systems to join our core AI engineering team.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of building, optimizing, and deploying production-grade, low-latency Voice AI applications. You will work on the bleeding edge of Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Large Language Models (LLMs), real-time audio streaming, and voice agent architecture. We are looking for an experienced developer who thrives on architecture design, GPU optimization, latency reduction, and shipping real-world AI systems to production.

Strict Eligibility Notice: This is a senior-level position. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional AI/ML development experience. Applications with less than 5 years will be automatically filtered out.
Key Responsibilities

• Voice AI Architecture: Design, build, and deploy low-latency, production-ready Voice AI and real-time conversational pipelines.

• LLM & Speech Integration: Work with STT, TTS, Voice Activity Detection (VAD), LLMs, and NLP frameworks to power natural, real-time voice interactions.

• Backend & API Engineering: Build scalable backend microservices in Python, integrating AI models with enterprise APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.

• Performance Optimization: Fine-tune models and optimize pipelines for latency, high throughput, accuracy, and infrastructure costs.

• Advanced AI Implementation: Implement RAG, vector database retrieval, prompt engineering, embeddings, and function calling into voice systems.

• Deployment & Infrastructure: Manage and scale AI workloads on GPU-based cloud infrastructure or on-premise environments.

• Engineering Leadership: Maintain production system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior AI/ML engineers.

Required Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory Requirements

• Experience:5+ years of professional, hands-on experience in AI/ML software development.

• Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python.

• Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or equivalent modern AI frameworks.

• LLMs & GenAI: Proven experience building applications powered by LLMs, GenAI, and deep learning architectures.

• Engineering & Deployment: Expertise in building backend APIs, containerization (Docker), CI/CD, Git, and deploying AI workloads on GPU infrastructure.

• Problem Solving: Deep technical troubleshooting, analytical, and architecture design capabilities.

Preferred Experience (Voice AI Focus)

• LiveKit / LiveKit Agents experience (Highly Preferred).

• Real-time audio streaming protocols, WebRTC, SIP, and telephony integrations.

• Hands-on work with Voice Activity Detection (VAD), noise suppression, and audio enhancement.

• Voice cloning, custom TTS tuning, and multilingual speech models.

• Engineering low-latency LLM + Voice pipelines for real-time calling/conversational agents.

Additional Advantages

• Knowledge of Vector Databases, RAG, Agentic AI, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and Function Calling.

• Hardware acceleration experience: CUDA, TensorRT, GPU memory optimization.

• Infrastructure experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or on-premise AI deployments.
