In this role, you will design, build, and own solution streams across one to two concurrent projects. You will implement agentic AI solutions using AWS AgentCore and LangGraph, contribute to proof-of-concept deliveries, and take full ownership of production components. The role involves both pro-code development and low-code automation, applied based on use-case suitability.
Your tasks
- Designing, developing, and implementing agentic AI solutions using LangGraph and AWS services
- Building low-code automations (Copilot Studio, Power Automate) where they add value alongside pro-code solutions
- Owning assigned solution streams across 1–2 projects, ensuring production readiness
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Maintaining and improving deployed components, ensuring reliability and performance
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in agentic AI frameworks, including LangGraph (state graphs, conditional routing, and checkpointing as mandatory capabilities) and LangChain for building chains, memory, and custom tools
- Hands-on experience with AWS and AI platforms such as AWS AgentCore and AWS Bedrock, covering model invocation, guardrails, and knowledge base integration
- Proven capability in building end-to-end RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and working with vector databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB, OpenSearch, and FAISS
- Solid backend engineering skills with production-grade Python, leveraging FastAPI, async/await, Pydantic, and type hints to build scalable services
- Experience working across multiple LLM providers such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama, with a clear understanding of their trade-offs and best-fit use cases
- Strong communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Deep experience with AWS AgentCore components such as runtime, memory, and tools gateway
- Exposure to MCP / A2A protocols and agent-to-agent communication patterns
- Enterprise system integrations, including SAP HANA and Salesforce
- Document intelligence solutions involving OCR and layout-aware chunking
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, Promptfoo, DeepEval) and cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure AI/ML)
