Senior AI / Full-Stack Engineer

We're building ChatWithAds, an AI decision platform for paid media teams.

We're looking for a strong hands-on engineer who can take ownership of features end-to-end — from understanding the problem to architecture, development, testing and production.

What you'll work on

• AI agents and LLM-powered workflows

• Full-stack SaaS product development

• APIs, integrations and data pipelines

• MCPs, automation and tool-calling systems

• Building reliable backend systems for AI products

• Frontend product experiences around insights, decisions and workflows

• Improving performance, reliability and product velocity

• Working closely with product and engineering leadership to ship fast

What we're looking for

• Strong full-stack development experience

• Solid backend and API architecture skills

• Practical experience with LLM APIs and AI applications

• Comfortable working with databases, queues, integrations and cloud infrastructure

• Ability to independently debug and solve complex problems

• Strong product sense — you think beyond the ticket

• Comfortable using AI coding tools to dramatically improve development speed

• High ownership and bias toward shipping

Bonus

• Experience building AI agents or multi-step workflows

• MCP / tool-calling experience

• Experience with advertising, analytics or data-heavy SaaS products

• Experience taking products from prototype to production
