Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

• Lead the technical design of multi-agent workflows, utilizing various toolkits to solve complex, multi-layered problems.
• Build, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI agents. Outline system architectures that prioritize reliability, usability, and auditability, ensuring clear human-in-the-loop interfaces.
• Backend at scale: PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, AWS. Thread-first data models, queue architectures, and idempotent processing.
• Full-stack ownership: Translate roadmap and architecture for integrating AI into core developer workflows. Evaluate and implement advanced architectures, including LLMs, RAG, and MCP.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence / Data Science, or Mathematics.
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and GoLang.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills to conduct discovery with customers and convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• At least 4+ years of overall experience in.full-stack development
• 4+ years mandatory experience in software/platform development with focus on building systems around pretrained models (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, agent orchestration).

• 4–5 years building and shipping production software, with at least 15+ months on LLM-powered or agentic systems.
• Experience building agentic tools and systems (production-ready, not POCs).
• Experience in classical ML modeling (time-series forecasting, tree-based models) alongside modern LLM/Generative AI tooling.
• Expertise developing and deploying AI/ML models and utilizing modern observability/monitoring tools to track performance, latency, and model drift.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to translate complex technical architectures and probabilistic model behaviors to executive finance leadership.

• Hands-on proficiency with frameworks like Langchain / LangGraph, CrewAI.
• Ability to implement secure agentic workflows incorporating MCP, tool-calling, and OAuth-based authentication.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of clean coding practices, software design principles, and debugging.
• Ownership mindset for production systems in business-critical environments.
• Strong focus on data integrity, auditability, and reliability.
• Master's degree is a plus in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence / Data Science.
