systems that replace traditional test automation using LLMs, agents, and computer vision. This is a hands-on builder role for engineers who enjoy solving complex challenges with Python, AI, and automation
What you will do
- Design and develop AI-powered systems using local LLMs and RAG pipelines to analyze and interact with mobile applications
- Build agentic workflows / autonomous agents capable of generating scenarios, exploring app behavior, and detecting defects
- Develop multi-modal AI solutions using Computer Vision (OpenCV) and OCR for UI understanding and validation
- Create Python-based frameworks to interact with real-world hardware systems (HIL) via USB, Bluetooth, and Serial interfaces
- Deploy and scale on-premise AI systems using Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI)
- Continuously improve system intelligence using feedback loops, failure analysis, and model iteration
What you bring
Experience
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong Python skills
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML or LLM-based systems (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Experience with Computer Vision / OCR for real-world applications
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium) as part of larger systems
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and deploying scalable applications
Nice to Have
- Experience with local LLMs (Ollama, Llama.cpp) and frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex / RAG systems
- Exposure to agentic or multi-agent systems
- Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) / System-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing
- Familiarity with Android or iOS ecosystems
