Designation : Senior AI Engineer

Location : Cochin(First Priority)/Bangalore

Experience : 7 - 10 yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize NLP, Generative AI, LLM-based, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven outcomes.
• Communicate technical solutions, architecture decisions, and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in client discussions, requirement workshops, demos, and solution presentations.
• Develop APIs, AI pipelines, and cloud-native AI applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and innovation initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and modern backend technologies.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architecture, or conversational AI systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, and REST APIs.
• Good understanding of data processing, model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
