About VoizPanda:

VoizPanda, Digi9's in-house AI-powered multi-calling platform, enables enterprises to run thousands of simultaneous voice calls through intelligent conversational AI agents.

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and optimize the intelligence layer powering real-time AI conversations across speech recognition, NLP/NLU, dialogue management, and speech synthesis.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers
• Practical experience in Speech AI / NLP / NLU
• Experience with technologies such as Whisper, wav2vec, or Rasa
• Experience with LLM/NLU frameworks such as LangChain, spaCy, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or AI4Bharat
• Experience building real-time AI inference pipelines
• Strong understanding of the ASR → NLU → TTS pipeline
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow
• Experience deploying and supporting ML/AI models in production
• Understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and AI microservices
• Willingness to work onsite from Bangalore

Good to Have:

• Experience with FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate
• GPU/inference optimization using TensorRT or ONNX Runtime
• Experience with TTS, voice synthesis, or voice cloning
• Experience with model latency, accuracy, drift, and performance optimization
• Experience building real-time conversational AI or voice automation platforms
• Experience with AI model evaluation, monitoring, and retraining
