Key Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing AI solutions that align with business objectives
Strategic Planning: Develop AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Skilled in building multi-agent systems and experience with agent development frameworks, like LangGraph, CrewAI or Google Agent Development Kit.
System Design: Architect robust AI frameworks and infrastructure for scalability and performance.
Model Development: Design and implement AI/ML models, algorithms, and pipelines.
Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Optimization & Evaluation: Continuously monitor and improve AI systems for accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, fairness, bias mitigation).
Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers in AI best practices
Security & Compliance: Data anonymization, secure model deployment, bias detection

Work Experience
Mandatory Skills:
Programming Languages: Python, Java, or Node.js for AI system development.
Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face; model selection, evaluation, and interpretability.
Data Engineering & MLOps: ETL tools (Airflow, dbt), CI/CD for ML (MLflow, DVC), feature stores.
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployment and scalability.
System Design & Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Security & Compliance: Data anonymization, secure model deployment, bias detection
