Job Title: Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLM & AI Automation)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development experience along with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, APIs, and modern AI frameworks.
This is a technical individual contributor role requiring someone who enjoys building production-ready AI solutions from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
AI Application Development
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build enterprise chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Integrate LLMs into enterprise workflows.
- Develop APIs and backend services for AI applications.
LLM Engineering
- Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral and similar models.
- Design prompt engineering frameworks.
- Build prompt orchestration pipelines.
- Implement structured output generation.
- Develop AI workflow automation.
AI Evaluation
- Evaluate model quality and responses.
- Implement hallucination detection and response validation.
- Build evaluation pipelines for LLM applications.
- Optimize prompts and improve model performance.
Automation & Engineering
- Develop Python automation scripts.
- Build internal productivity tools.
- Integrate third-party APIs.
- Develop reusable libraries and utilities.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
AI Data Integration
- Build data ingestion pipelines.
- Support metadata generation and management.
- Work with vector databases and semantic search.
- Develop AI-ready data interfaces.
