Primary Focus
As a Senior AI Engineer MERN Full Stack Developer, you will design, build, and scale
enterprise-grade, AI-native SaaS platforms that operate in mission-critical and regulated
industrial environments. Your mission is to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance
full-stack solutions that seamlessly integrate AI-driven intelligence into real-world
workflows, dashboards, and operational systems.
This role combines full-stack product engineering with AI-aware system design. You will
work across React/Next.js front ends, Node.js/MongoDB back ends, and AI-enabled
servicescollaborating closely with AI/ML, product, platform, and DevOps teams to ensure
solutions are compliant, scalable, and production-ready from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack MERN applications (MongoDB, Express.js,
- React/Next.js, Node.js) for enterprise AI platforms.
- Build responsive, accessible, and data-rich user interfaces that surface AI insights, recommendations, and agent-driven workflows.
- Design and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs supporting AI-enabled services analytics, and operational systems.
- Own features end-to-end, from design and development through testing, release, and production support.
- Ensure applications meet enterprise security, privacy, and compliance standards including authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
- Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end, production- ready features.
- Contribute actively to code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions, setting a high bar for engineering quality.
Key Skills Required
- 310 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Full Stack development.
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and Node.js, with solid understanding of MERN architecture.
- Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and tools such as Postman for API testing and integration.
- Working knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and RESTful APIs to actively collaborate across the MERN stack.
- Experience building data-rich or AI-assisted user interfaces, such as dashboards, analytics views, or operational tools.
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC) in enterprise applications.
- Experience with frontend testing and automation using Playwright.
- Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and communication skills incross-functional, global teams.
