Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Software Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning, with at least 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), reasoning models, and Generative AI, with a focus on building production-grade solutions using Azure OpenAI (including ChatGPT-5) and related services. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI systems that deliver real business impact.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Proficiency in Python and modern development tools (e.g., Git, Docker)
• Proven experience working with LLMs (GPT-4, GPT-4o, GPT-5) or any others
• Expertise in Azure OpenAI services and cloud-native AI deployment
• Experience with reasoning models for structured decision-making
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to innovate in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Ideally, you'll also have

• Knowledge of MLOps/DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model lifecycle management
• Experience with REST API frameworks like FastAPI or any other (Django REST, Flask, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable cloud architectures
• Ability to design AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems, enhancing user experience and business processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business domains
