Job Description
We are searching for Senior AI engineer to build the agentic retrieval layer, structured, unstructured and graph with stable tool contracts
Must-have experience
Production RAG at scale with an eval harness and regression gating
Graph RAG: entity and relationship extraction, graph construction, graphaware
retrieval
Python at depth with async, typing, packaging, test discipline and established
experience
GCP Vertex AI and Agent Engine, ADK or equivalent framework with A2A /
OpenAPI / MCP experience
Snowflake Cortex Search and Cortex Analyst, or demonstrable equivalent
Retrieval evaluation: golden sets, LLM-as-judge, hallucination rate, attribution
Terraform and SDLC literacy
Owns
Coordinator hardening, Critic agent, guardrails
Chunking strategy and the chunk-metadata contract
Attribute-filter injection that enforces entitlement at retrieval
