My client is a global Fintech (specialising in Insurance Products) and they are looking for Senior AI Engineers to help build AI-native products that move beyond chat into intelligent, goal-driven workflows. This is a highly cross-functional role spanning product engineering, backend systems, AI infrastructure, and machine learning, where you'll turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into production-ready experiences used by real customers.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI-powered product features across frontend, backend, and model layers.

• Design and deploy AI agent workflows capable of planning, tool use, memory, multi-step execution, and failure recovery.

• Build and operate scalable backend services, APIs, inference pipelines, and orchestration systems.

• Integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, external tools, and ML models into reliable production applications.

• Fine-tune, evaluate, and improve machine learning systems using real-world feedback and performance data.

• Optimize latency, throughput, reliability, and cost across AI workloads.

• Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response for AI systems in production.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong software engineering experience across backend or full-stack development.

• Proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade systems.

• Experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or machine learning applications.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies.

• Experience debugging and operating systems in production environments.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and take ownership from concept to deployment.

• Passion for building practical AI products that deliver measurable business impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models.

• Experience with GPU workloads, model evaluation, and inference optimization.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, vector databases, and modern AI infrastructure.
