What we are looking for:

We are looking for a AI SDLC Engineer to join our Team, to bring to life new features and support the move of services and products to modern architecture. You will be working closely with Product Owner, Product Designer, Domain Architect and your team members clarifying business needs and technical requirements and defining how to support them in the best way. In close collaboration with other teams, your team will introduce new features and improvements to provide better experience for more than 11 millions of our customers!

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience (Java/Python/Kotlin) 6+ years

• Hands-on LLM integration experience - 2+ years

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector DBs - 2+ years

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

• Experience with intelligent test automation.

• MCP Engineering – building modular context-aware tooling.

• Context Engineering – structuring and optimizing AI reasoning.

• AI-Augmented Architecture patterns.

• Product thinking for GenAI adoption.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS cloud platforms - especially S3, Lambda, SageMaker and BedRock models. 

• LLM/SLM fine tuning experience is great bonus

• Experience using ML evaluation/training frameworks like MLFlow or SageMaker. 

• Exposure model-serving frameworks or LLM inference tools.

Responsibilities:

• Implement AI-driven SDLC accelerators (code-gen, review automation, smart testing).

• Develop MCP-based extensions to streamline developer workflows.

• Apply context-engineering for structured AI reasoning.

• Build LLM-integrated CI/CD workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI adoption.
