We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven problem solving, with the ability to build scalable and production-ready models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
- Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Develop and integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data)
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
- Document models, processes, and workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics
- Experience with data handling, preprocessing, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with APIs and model deployment (REST, Flask, FastAPI)
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
- Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI pipelines
- Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems
