Senior AI Engineer (3-4 years of experience)
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/LLM-powered applications, along with a strong understanding of modern AI frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and architectures.
- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI multi-agent workflows.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and large language models.
- Create robust APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Flask.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, and ChromaDB for semantic search and retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and business workflows.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows for AI applications.
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and deployment automation.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Core Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience in model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture
- Understanding of AI multi-agent workflows
- Knowledge of the complete LLM application lifecycle
Frameworks & Tools
- Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
- Familiarity with MLflow or model monitoring tools
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, and ChromaDB
Cloud & Deployment
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- API development using FastAPI or Flask
- Basic understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
Data Skills
- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
