Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology ecosystem to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. In this role, you will lead the development of intelligent systems powered by modern machine learning and generative AI technologies, leveraging Azure's AI capabilities.
You will play a critical role in shaping AI strategy, driving architectural decisions, and building scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions that empower business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Architect scalable AI systems leveraging Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and related services
- Develop and deploy production-grade models, including NLP, computer vision, and generative AI use cases
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or similar tools
- Implement MLOps best practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and responsible AI
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership across teams
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise deployments
- Proven expertise in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, including: Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Data Factory / Synapse Analytics
- Strong experience in designing distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
- Solid understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Experience building APIs and microservices using .NET or Python-based frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Copilot-style applications
- Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and governance practices
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
