Job Description – AI Agent Developer / AI Solutions Engineer
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer to design and implement intelligent AI-driven solutions leveraging existing enterprise data sources. The role involves building conversational interfaces and AI agents that provide employees and customers with product knowledge, reporting insights, and customization recommendations using AWS Bedrock and related AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using AWS Bedrock and foundation models.
- Migrate and optimize existing databases to AWS RDS to support scalable AI workloads.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions utilizing structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing WordPress and Magento environments.
- Develop APIs and conversational interfaces for internal users and external customers.
- Create intelligent assistants that provide:
- Product information and recommendations.
- Customization and configuration guidance.
- Reporting and analytical insights.
- Implement vector databases and semantic search capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of AI applications.
- Monitor and optimize AI models and workflows.
Technical Requirements
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly:
- AWS Bedrock
- AWS RDS
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- S3
- IAM
- Experience developing AI applications using LLMs.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with SQL and database design.
- Experience integrating with CMS and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress and Magento.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of Amazon OpenSearch or Pinecone.
- Experience with chatbot and agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with React or modern front-end technologies.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI evaluation techniques.
- Exposure to customer-facing AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- AWS certifications are preferred.
- Experience delivering AI or GenAI projects in production environments.
