Role Description As a Senior AI Engineer at AI-BootStrapper, you will design, build, and deploy AI solutions that power workflow automation, intelligent decision-making, and performance marketing systems for client organizations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, where you will collaborate closely with founders, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures. Your day-to-day work will include researching and experimenting with neural network architectures, implementing NLP pipelines, and developing pattern recognition models for real-world use cases. You will be responsible for writing production-grade code, integrating AI models into existing software systems, and optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability. You will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to solution design for client projects, and help define best practices for AI implementation across the company.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and production-quality coding practices.
- Hands-on expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience designing, training, and evaluating deep learning models for applied problems.
- Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, embeddings, and deploying language models for automation and insight generation.
- Proficiency with modern ML frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face), and experience deploying models into production environments (APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Experience working end-to-end on AI projects: problem framing, data preparation, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and document solutions thoroughly.
- Experience in automation, growth or performance marketing, or data-driven product environments is a plus.
