Job Description

Quess Corp is hiring an experienced Senior AI Engineer to work on a large-scale enterprise AI transformation program. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Google Cloud AI ecosystem, and modern AI orchestration frameworks to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI applications.
• Build multi-agent workflows, orchestration pipelines, and planning logic.
• Develop AI agents using Google ADK, LangGraph, or Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding strategies.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise infrastructure using Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with:
• Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
• LangGraph
• Vertex AI Agent Builder
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Strong understanding of:
• RAG Architecture
• Embeddings
• Vector Databases
• Grounding & Citation Techniques
• Good experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI applications in production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Pega or enterprise low-code platforms.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise AI implementations.
