About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in AI/GenAI development, full-stack engineering, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, secure solutions, contribute to AI-driven innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance attack surface discovery, SOC operations, and enterprise-grade application security.
Key Responsibilities
- AI/GenAI Development:
- Design, build, and optimize AI/GenAI models for automation, analytics, and security applications.
- Integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise platforms using Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Full-Stack Engineering:
- Build and maintain backend services using JavaScript (Node.js) and Python.
- Create scalable APIs, database integrations, and microservices.
- Optimize backend performance and ensure security best practices.
- Lead development of React-based UI with seamless integrations.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
- Cybersecurity Expertise:
- Build tools and solutions for attack surface discovery, vulnerability detection, and reduction.
- Collaborate with SOC teams to automate alerting, incident response workflows, and threat detection logic.
- Integrate security best practices into development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
- DevOps & CI/CD:
- Set up and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for rapid and secure deployments.
- Drive DevSecOps practices and ensure secure build and release processes.
- Code Quality & Leadership:
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and cybersecurity analysts to deliver reliable and secure software.
Required Skills & Experience
- Programming & Frameworks: Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and SQL databases.
- AI/GenAI: Experience in building and integrating AI/GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.).
- Cybersecurity: Hands-on experience in attack surface discovery/reduction, SOC operations, SIEM tools, vulnerability scanning, and secure coding practices.
- DevOps/CI/CD: Strong understanding of pipelines, Git workflows, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Code Quality: Proven track record in code reviews, architectural design, and technical leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in cybersecurity-focused products or SOC environments.
- Certifications: OSCP, CEH, CISSP, AWS Security, or equivalent will be plus
- Knowledge of security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST) and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001).
