Job Title: Senior Agri-Sales Executive (South India)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive from South India to expand our Agri-inputs (fertilisers, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, PGRs, bio-products) market. The role requires building strong relationships with farmers and Agri-dealers, driving sales, and achieving regional growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of agrochemical products in the assigned South India territory.
- Handle direct sales calls with farmers and Agri-dealers across India.
- Convert leads from marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Website).
- Build long-term relationships with dealers & large farmer groups.
- Negotiate with wholesale dealers for bulk orders.
- Achieve monthly sales & collection targets.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Agriculture Sales.
- Compulsory: Strong knowledge and prior experience with agrochemicals and Agri-inputs (fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides, PGRs, bio-products).
- Fluent in regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam).
- Proven track record of closing sales and handling negotiations.
- Target-driven with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
