Agile Program Manager with a proven track record of orchestrating complex, multi-million-dollar programs across multiple
Agile Release Trains (ARTs). This is not a coordination role this is a leadership position for someone who thrives on driving predictability, eliminating waste, and consistently delivering strategic business outcomes in a high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs involving 15-20+ Agile teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Drive full SAFe implementation - own PI Planning, ART Syncs, Solution Train execution, and Inspect Adapt ceremonies with precision.
- Translate executive vision into actionable program roadmaps while managing dependencies, risks, and impediments aggressively.
- Partner with C-level stakeholders, Product, and Engineering leadership to align strategy with execution and deliver quantifiable business value.
- Establish and enforce program-level governance, metrics, and transparency dashboards (Velocity, Predictability, ART Performance, Business Outcomes).
- Coach and elevate Scrum Masters , Product Owners , and delivery teams to raise overall Agile maturity.
- Ruthlessly prioritize, negotiate scope, and make hard trade-off decisions when required.
