Senior Agentic AI / LLM Systems Engineer

Mindflix AI is currently based in Bangalore and is being built with a global outlook, including a Singapore company structure to support international expansion, enterprise partnerships, and future growth.

Role

As a Senior Agentic AI / LLM Systems Engineer, you will build the core agent workflows and reusable components behind Mindflix AI's intelligent engagement systems.

You will work on agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, structured outputs, workflow logic, integrations, and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with the AI Agent Architect and product team to turn business requirements into reliable, production-ready AI systems.

This role is for someone who combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience building LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.

What are we looking for

Must Have

•   4 to 6 years of software engineering; at least 18 to 24 months building LLM applications in production

•   Deep expertise in prompt engineering: system prompts, few-shot examples, chain-of-thought, structured output, JSON mode

•   Hands-on experience with tool/function calling using OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic APIs

•   Experience with at least one orchestration framework: LangGraph, LangChain, Agno, CrewAI, or equivalent

•   Strong Python: async, Pydantic, FastAPI, unit testing for agent logic

•   Understanding of RAG fundamentals: embedding, vector search, retrieval, answer grounding

Strong Bonus

•   Experience building multi-agent systems with shared memory and state management

•   Familiarity with LLM evaluation (RAGAS, DeepEval, custom eval harnesses)

•   Experience with Redis for real-time state, PgVector for embedding search

•   Has worked in CRM, sales automation, or conversational AI products

Compensation

INR 30 to 40 LPA based on experience.
