About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and integrate enterprise-grade autonomous AI systems leveraging modern agent orchestration frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and real-time integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, backend engineering, and multi-agent orchestration, with hands-on experience integrating AI agents into enterprise platforms and workflows. This role will contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI ecosystems capable of intelligent decision-making and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

Agentic AI Development

• Design and develop autonomous and multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as Google ADK (preferred), LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build intelligent workflows for reasoning, task execution, tool usage, and contextual decision-making.
• Develop reusable agent patterns, orchestration layers, and memory/context management strategies.

AI Integration & Orchestration

• Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration patterns for complex enterprise workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as Genesys, GECX, and other external systems.
• Leverage MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and knowledge systems.

Backend & API Engineering

• Develop high-performance backend services and agentic gateways using Python and FastAPI.
• Build scalable APIs and microservices to support real-time AI interactions and orchestration.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, security, and performance optimization.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Architect and deploy cloud-native AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or AWS.
• Utilize services such as:
• GCP: Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Logging, Cloud Tracing, Load Balancer
• AWS: Bedrock, AgentCore, AgentCore Gateway, Lambda
• Implement scalable deployment pipelines and monitoring frameworks for production AI systems.

Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with Google ADK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integration architectures.
• Proven expertise in A2A orchestration and enterprise AI integrations.
• Deep proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS cloud-native AI services.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend development expertise.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or agentic systems.
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and memory architectures.
• Experience with observability, tracing, and AI monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with event-driven and distributed architectures.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work in fast-evolving AI ecosystems.
