We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Agency Manager for our Health Insurance division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service in the health insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's reach in the health insurance sector.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to ensure optimal performance and customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions through health insurance products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance sales or agency management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
