Role Description

This full-time Senior Agency Development Manager role is an exceptional opportunity based in Indore with a hybrid work model, allowing for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include driving agency sales by recruiting and developing financial advisors, implementing innovative lead generation strategies, and achieving set sales targets. The role also involves overseeing team management activities and ensuring operational effectiveness within the sales function. Engaging with key stakeholders, mentoring advisors, and developing strong relationships are integral to the role, as well as ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with advisors and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Team Management, including mentoring, motivating, and developing teams.
• Understanding of Sales Operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities as required.
