Senior Aem Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and tools
• Automate content management operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Integrate AEM with external systems and APIs to enhance platform capabilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Document technical specifications, design decisions, and user guides
• Continuously update skills with latest AEM releases and best practices
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and development processes

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and Coral UI development for AEM
• Experience building custom AEM workflows and schedulers
• Expertise with REST API integration and GraphQL in AEM
• Working knowledge of JCR repository, JCR Query Builder, and content indexing
• Hands-on experience with Maven, Git, and Agile tools like JIRA
• Experience with AEM content fragments and experience fragments
• Ability to create custom tools to automate content operations (e.g., rename/move content tools, approval workflows)
