About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager to join our consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and the flexibility to work in EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Create and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows.
Integrate AEM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Optimize AEM performance and ensure scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, architects, and QA engineers.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
56+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.
Strong expertise in AEM 6.4+ architecture, components, OSGi, Sling, JCR, Dispatcher.
Solid knowledge of Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs.
Experience in AEM integrations (marketing tools, analytics, DAM, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Maven).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Adobe AEM certification.
Experience in cloud-based AEM (AEM as a Cloud Service).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
