The Role
We are seeking a Senior Advocate with strong and substantial experience in Family Courts to join our Bangalore office on a full-time, dedicated basis.
This is a serious litigation role requiring independent handling of complex matters, regular court appearances, structured client consultations, and mentorship of junior advocates.
Mandatory Criteria
Minimum 7+ years of active litigation experience
Strong hands-on experience in Family Courts (Mandatory)
Based in Bangalore
Fluent in Kannada and English (written and spoken)
Valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council
Available for regular in-person court appearances
Available for in-office client consultations
Seeking a full-time, exclusive association with the firm
Key Responsibilities
Independently represent clients before Family Courts
Draft and finalize petitions, replies, applications, written submissions, and notices
Develop case strategy and advise clients with clarity and sensitivity
Lead mediation and settlement discussions where appropriate
Supervise and guide junior advocates
Maintain structured communication with clients and internal teams
