We are looking for an accomplished Strategy & Operations professional as part of the India MD's Office to lead and drive complex, enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation and value across Epsilon. This role will support the Strategy & Operations leadership in managing strategic programs and driving disciplined execution to deliver on committed outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a right blend of strategy design and global program delivery experience in the areas of AI, Automation, business transformation and process reengineering, working in highly matrixed environments.
Comfort with switching context, quickly ramping-up on new topics and executing fast will be critical to be successful in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and reporting for large-scale cross-functional programs.
- Define strategy, program objectives, delivery roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation plans
- Establish and run governance forums, provide and manage executive updates, and track program health measures
- Track business outcomes including productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, adoption metrics, and value realization
- Drive reusability and standardization of assets, accelerators, and shared frameworks across BUs
- Lead change management, adoption planning, training initiatives, and communication cadences including areas of AI
- Collaborate with senior leaders and their teams across Technology, Product, Operations and Enablement teams to build strong partnerships and align priorities and drive execution
- Influence stakeholders across teams and levels to deliver on committed outcomes
- Act as strategic advisor and thought partner in supporting business outcomes for the MD's office
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 8+ years of experience in program management, consulting or transformation, preferably from Big 4 or internal strategy & ops consulting teams
- Proven experience managing multi-workstream enterprise programs
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation initiatives highly preferred (hands-on technical skills not mandatory)
- Excellent skills in business case creation, benefits tracking, and OKR-driven planning and execution
- Strategic thinker with a strong bias toward execution and measurable outcomes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Collaborative, confident communicator and strong influencer without authority
- High ownership, structured problem-solving capability, and executive presence
- Experience working in matrixed and global organizations
