Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Advanced Services Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle WebLogic, Kubernetes/OKE, OCI and DevOps. The role involves implementation, migration, administration, troubleshooting and operational support for enterprise application platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, patch, upgrade and troubleshoot Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Manage WebLogic domains, clusters, managed servers, Node Manager, JMS, JDBC and security.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes/OKE.
• Work with Kubernetes networking, ingress, storage, namespaces, RBAC and scaling.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Troubleshoot middleware, Kubernetes, Linux, network, performance and availability issues.
• Work with OCI services including networking, IAM, compute, load balancing and monitoring.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks and service reports.
• Communicate with customers and internal technical teams across different time zones.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on Oracle WebLogic Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Practical Kubernetes experience; OKE/OCI experience preferred.
• Linux and shell scripting.
• Python or similar scripting experience.
• CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform or Helm.
• Knowledge of OCI networking, IAM, compute, load balancing and security.
• Strong English communication and customer-facing skills.

Preferred

• Oracle/OCI, Kubernetes, WebLogic or DevOps certifications.
• Experience with enterprise Java applications, SOA or Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Experience supporting customers across multiple countries.
