Role Overview
At Tealbox Digital, this role combines deep paid media expertise with direct client-facing responsibility. You will own strategy across Meta and Google Ads while acting as the primary platform voice for a multi-stakeholder client.
This is a principal-level individual contributor role focused on platform depth, structured thinking, and
mentorship. You will not own commercial decisions or P&L, but you will be responsible for platform strategy, execution direction, and how it is communicated to the client.

What You'll Own
1. Platform Strategy & Execution
- Own Meta Ads and Google Ads strategy across assigned accounts
- Make campaign structure and budget allocation decisions
- Design and manage testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, and formats
- Interpret performance data and determine next actions
2. Client-Facing Platform Leadership
- Lead weekly client calls focused on platform performance and strategy
- Translate platform decisions into clear, structured communication
- Report creation
- Evaluate the feasibility of client requests from a platform perspective
- Support quarterly reviews with platform insights and forward plans
3. Creative & Testing Direction
- Build structured testing roadmaps
- Define hypotheses and success metrics
- Collaborate with creative teams through clear briefs and feedback
- Extract learnings from tests and apply them to future strategy
4. Internal Craft Leadership
- Mentor junior and mid-level ad strategists
- Review campaign structures and test plans before execution
- Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team
- Contribute to improving internal playbooks and best practices
What You Bring to the Table
Platform Expertise
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in paid media
- Strong working knowledge of both Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing complex accounts with multiple campaigns and objectives
- Ability to make non-obvious decisions beyond standard playbooks
Strategic Thinking
- Ability to design structured tests and interpret results clearly
- Strong understanding of campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and scaling decisions
- Experience handling performance fluctuations and platform changes
Client Communication
- Comfortable leading conversations with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex platform decisions clearly
- Can handle difficult conversations (performance issues, constraints, trade-offs) with clarity
Mentorship
- Experience guiding or training other team members
- Ability to review work and provide actionable feedback
- Clear, structured thinking that others can learn from
Compensation
₹10–25L (Fixed + Variable)
