Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Ads Strategist with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role focuses on end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, A/B testing, performance analysis, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate should have hands-on paid media experience across B2B SaaS or DTC brands and a strong analytical mindset.

Must Have Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Meta Ads
    • Google Ads
  • Experience building and optimizing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Campaign optimization
    • Bidding strategies
    • Audience targeting
    • Creative testing
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Ability to audit ad accounts and identify optimization opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Experience in Agency / B2B SaaS / DTC marketing environments preferred
Good to Have

  • Experience handling both B2B SaaS and DTC accounts
  • Familiarity with YouTube Ads
  • Knowledge of:
    • Attribution models
    • Conversion tracking
    • GA4
    • Looker Studio
  • Experience with:
    • Conversion API (CAPI)
    • Enhanced conversions
    • Server-side tracking
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO concepts
  • Experience analyzing ad creatives and identifying winning patterns
  • Familiarity with:
    • Audience research frameworks
    • CRM integrations
    • Lead quality tracking
  • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of platform automation tools, scripts, and rules
  • Experience troubleshooting tracking or campaign delivery issues
  • Curiosity toward AI tools for reporting, testing, and workflow efficiency
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Own campaign setup, audience strategy, bid management, and creative rotations
  • Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests and analyze campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare weekly optimization and performance reports
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, and copywriters for campaign execution
  • Mentor junior strategists and review campaign builds
  • Participate in regular campaign and strategy review sessions
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices
