Role Description
1.The Senior Admissions Manager will lead and manage the admissions function, ensuring efficient and learner-centric processes from initial inquiry to enrollment.

2.This full-time, on-site role based in Thane involves overseeing admissions targets, guiding a team of counselors, and implementing data-driven strategies to increase conversions and program awareness.

3.Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling prospective learners, conducting admission interviews, coordinating with academic and operations teams, monitoring application pipelines, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems.

4.The role also requires organizing information sessions and outreach initiatives, collaborating with marketing for campaigns, analyzing admissions reports, and continuously improving policies, workflows, and service quality.

5.The Senior Admissions Manager is expected to uphold ethical admissions practices, provide clear and transparent information to applicants, and represent Skyy Skill Academy professionally in all learner and institutional interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong admissions, counseling, and stakeholder management skills, with experience guiding prospective learners through program selection and enrollment decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM or admissions management systems, data tracking, and reporting to monitor pipelines, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, handle queries, and build trust with diverse learner segments and partners.
• Demonstrated team leadership and people management abilities, including training, mentoring, and performance oversight of admissions or counseling teams.
• Experience in education, edtech, or skill development organizations, with a strong understanding of career pathways and industry requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple admissions cycles and deadlines.
