Role Description

1.The Senior Admissions Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end admissions process for Skyy Skill Academy's programs.

2. This role includes managing inquiries, counseling prospective learners, conducting admission interviews, and guiding applicants from initial contact through enrollment.

3.The Senior Admissions Manager will develop and implement admission strategies, coordinate with marketing and academic teams to achieve enrollment targets, and maintain accurate admission reports and forecasts.

4.Daily responsibilities involve supervising admissions staff, ensuring a high-quality applicant experience, representing the academy at events and institutional visits, and providing data-driven insights to leadership on admissions performance and trends.

5. The role also requires maintaining compliance with internal policies, promoting diversity and inclusion in admissions, and regularly updating knowledge of the academy's programs and industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong admissions, student counseling, and enrollment management skills, with experience guiding applicants through decision-making and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building, with the ability to present programs clearly to learners, families, and institutional partners.
• Experience in team leadership, performance management, and coordination across departments to meet admissions and revenue targets.
• Ability to use CRM/admissions software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for tracking leads, forecasting enrollments, and generating actionable insights.
• Background in education services, skill development, or training organizations, with a strong understanding of career-focused programs and industry expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple admission cycles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment in Thane, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to learner success.
