Job Description
- Develop and execute admissions strategies for Law / Engineering programmes.
- Achieve programme-wise admission and enrolment targets.
- Manage the complete admission funnel from lead generation to enrolment.
- Drive student/parent counselling and conversion.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, institutions and education partners.
- Plan and participate in outreach activities, education fairs, seminars and admission events.
- Monitor CRM, lead follow-ups, conversions and counsellor performance.
- Prepare regular admissions MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academics and Finance teams for smooth admissions.
