Senior Admissions Counselor

Location: Thane / Mumbai, India (On-site)

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join the team at Vocskill Institute. The role involves driving student enrollments by guiding prospective candidates through the complete admissions journey—from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

• Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including lead nurturing and conversions
• Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings
• Explain program details, career outcomes, and value proposition effectively
• Handle outbound calling and follow-ups on generated leads
• Maintain accurate data of leads, applications, and conversions in CRM systems
• Support and participate in admission drives, seminars, and campus activities
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and enrollment

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions / education sales
• Prior experience in selling PGDM / Postgraduate programs (BFSI, HR, Digital Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in outbound calling and lead conversion
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to guide and counsel students in making career decisions
