This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Gurgaon. The Senior Admissions Counselor will work closely with aspiring students, guiding them through the application processes and helping them make informed decisions regarding their educational goals. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, providing program information, managing the enrollment pipeline, and ensuring the achievement of admissions targets. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as the counselor will liaise with students and parents to provide a seamless admissions experience.

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and effectively guide students and parents.
• Experience in admissions counseling, student support services, or education sector roles.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of student admissions processes, application procedures, and education programs.
• Proficiency in using CRM or other admissions software, along with intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance goals consistently.
• Familiarity with the education technology sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field required; a master's degree is a plus.
