Key Responsibilities

Counsel & Convert: Engage inbound inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins), guide prospective students toward suitable trading programs, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Visits & Demos: Conduct Institute tours and program walkthroughs, explaining course curriculums, fee structures, schedules, and learning outcomes.
Lead & Pipeline Management: Maintain and track lead statuses within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups from initial contact to fee submission.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing on lead generation quality and provide feedback on applicant trends to refine recruitment strategy.

Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in education sales, admissions counseling, or student recruitment.
Skills: Excellent communication, consultative selling, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, lead tracking systems, and basic admissions data analysis.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related discipline preferred.
Bonus: Basic knowledge of or interest in stock markets and financial trading.
