Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor at The Gramodaya School in Bilara, Jodhpur. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, facilitating admission processes, responding to inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting school tours, providing information about programs, assisting families with applications, and coordinating recruitment events to promote the school.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales, particularly in an educational or admissions environment.
- Knowledge or experience in Education and academic programs is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Communication, or Business is preferred.
- Prior experience in admissions or recruitment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and data management is advantageous.
