Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Admissions Counselor role located in Pune Division. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide and support prospective students through the admissions process by providing information about the institution's programs, answering inquiries, and helping applicants make informed decisions about their education. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations with prospective students, analyzing student needs, assisting with enrollment procedures, and maintaining effective communication to foster an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Customer Service and Sales skills, including experience in building relationships and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Knowledge or background in Education, with an understanding of higher education environments and admissions processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office setting and manage tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using technology, such as CRM software and online communication tools, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred.
