Job Description

Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor

Company: Zenith Railway Academy( https://railwayacademy.org/)

Location: Remote/Work from Home

Work Days: MonSat( 6 Days in week, rotating roaster), Part Time Roles Available

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Admission Counsellor who is responsible for driving enrollments in our high ticket university/ executive programs run in collaboration with IIT/IIMs by counselling potential learners, conducting calls/ zoom sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue/cohort targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs.
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
  • Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers.

Eligibility

  • 5+ years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad/University Courses preferred).
  • Graduation mandatory.
  • Proven target achievement record.
  • Comfortable working 6 days/week.
  • Strong english communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.

Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary + attractive performance incentives
