We are looking for ahigh-ownership Admission Counsellorto manage the complete admissions journeyfrom first enquiry to confirmed admissionwith discipline, warmth, and measurable results.
This role directly impacts seat fill rate, revenue pipeline, and brand perception.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Admissions Ownership
- Manage and qualify all inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins)
- Schedule and conduct structured school tours
- Drive conversions: enquiry visit application admission
- Maintain rigorous follow-ups with zero unattended leads
- Coordinate documentation, timelines, and admission closures
Parent Experience & Communication
- Clearly articulate curriculum, pedagogy, and co-scholastic strengths
- Build trust through professional, consultative conversations
- Capture feedback and support continuous improvement
Admissions-Led Social Media Support
- Assist with admission-related posts, stories, and updates
- Respond to basic social media enquiries
- Track and map campaign leads into the admissions pipeline
What Success Looks Like
- Strong and improving conversion ratios
- Clean CRM data and disciplined follow-up hygiene
- Consistent contribution to seat fill targets
- High-quality parent feedback
Who We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in school admissions or education sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and accountable
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp, and Outlook
- Confidently handling parent interactions independently
