Senior Admissions Counselor

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will oversee the admissions process, engage with prospective students, and provide comprehensive guidance about program offerings. Responsibilities include counseling candidates, managing inquiries, assisting with applications, and supporting recruitment efforts to ensure an excellent candidate experience. The role also involves fostering relationships with prospective students and understanding their educational and professional aspirations to recommend suitable programs.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and other stakeholders
• Customer Service and Sales experience to handle inquiries and guide students through the program selection and admissions process
• Experience or interest in the Education sector, with a passion for mentoring and guiding prospective students
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Proficiency in data management and record-keeping
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
